An ingenious concept for new ideas
Modular profiles are based on a system where, like Lego, you can custom build the form of your heatsink. The modules are attached together via the bottom plate. This system allows extreme forms that are not possible with conventionally extruded heatsinks. For example, extremely wide profiles can be built, extremely high fins in relation to the gap between the fins, etc., and also tunnels with fins inside can be assembled. Modular profiles can be post-machined using milled shapes, cavities, screw holes, etc.
If the bits you need to build your specific profile are not available, we can fabricate new parts. Please contact us if you think this may be the solution to your challenge.
