The first step to a successful cooling solution
Extruded heatsinks are by far the most widely used cooling solution used in the electronics industry. Thanks to our collaborative relationship with Pada Engineering, we have more than 800 standard profiles available for you to choose from. If the profile your project requires is not available in our standard range, we will produce a new profile according to your unique requirements. If you do not know how your profile needs to look, we will help you produce a design that satisfies your requirements.
Usually, extruded heatsinks need to be machined more or less, and/or surface treated. We have the equipment and expertise required to deliver high class products and satisfy the requirements imposed. Get in touch and we’ll tell you more.
Example specification
- Material: Aluminium, copper
- Thermal conductivity: 160 W/m-k
- Sizes: standard profiles up to around 600mm wide and 120mm high
- Surface treatment: Anodised or painted
- Processing in accordance with customer specifications
