Pre-applied interface materials

Where possible, all heat sinks we offer are available with almost any thermal tape or gap pad materials that we pre-apply for you. Choose a thermal interface material of your choice to attach the heat sink to the electronic package and provide a good thermal link to the heat sink. Specify the material in your application where the heat sink will be fixed to the electronic package.
