LED cooling

Cooling LED lamps is the key to retaining light quality and ensuring a good service life. This is why we have produced an extensive range of LED heatsinks. Our heatsinks handle everything from low power systems up to extremely high-bay rigs that generate enormous amounts of power. High power rigs usually operate in challenging environments, placing extremely stringent demands on the system. This is why we offer IP classes up to IP68 in order to achieve adequate protection against things such as water and dust. Passive cooling is usually sufficient for LED lamps, but sometimes a forced air flow is required in order to achieve adequate cooling of components in a compact form factor. For custom cooling systems, we can produce composite modules consisting of components from several of our suppliers. Where required, we can also offer thermal simulations in order to optimise the cooling solution.

In order to achieve adequate cooling in high power applications, you need good thermal conduction in the substrate board. Therefore, we also collaborate with market-leading company Adura LED. Please contact us for more information about our solutions.
