Mechanically strong films with thermal conduction characteristics
Thin film, also known as Rubber type material, is a film with rubber-like characteristics with or without a reinforcing fibre glass mesh. These materials require an even surface in order to work optimally. Thanks to their hard materials and frequently reinforced structures, they act as mechanical protection against penetration. These can be combined with gap filler pads in sandwich format. Thin film is often used for cooling LED lamps. We can supply this in many different formats, e.g. punch on roll, loose pieces, tabbed, etc. This is a big area, so if you’re interested in finding out more, please feel free to contact us.
