Thermal paste

An excellent choice for when larger cavities need filling with heat conducting material or if large flat surfaces need to be covered. Pastes have their advantages, but they do constitute a good solution for really large-scale production lines that use automatic dispensing machines in order to achieve a sufficiently high production speed whilst maintaining application quality. Because paste has a very low elasticity, it can be compressed into thin layers. This means that, on many occasions, a lower thermal conductivity can be used when compared to gap filler pads, making the solution more cost-effective.
