Svevik Industri AB Acquires Promoco Scandinavia AB<\/strong><\/h3>\n

On June 4, 2024, Svevik Industri AB completed the acquisition of 90.1 percent of the shares in Promoco Scandinavia AB (“Promoco”) from the previous ownership group consisting of Sven Erik Grass\u00f3n, Katarina Hilton, Peter Rydelius Mog\u00e5rd, Kristoffer Odenfelt, and Patrik Lundblad. The first four individuals will retain 9.9 percent of the shares in Promoco and will continue their operational roles within the company.<\/p>\n

Promoco is a partner and supplier of electromechanical components and products. Their products are divided into four areas: electronic cooling, electric motors, current and voltage, and test probes and fixtures, where they offer extensive application expertise and a comprehensive range of products in collaboration with their suppliers. Promoco has a turnover of approximately 120 million SEK with an operating profit (EBIT) of around 12 million SEK. The company is based in T\u00e4by, just outside Stockholm, with operations also in Bjurs\u00e5s, Dalarna.<\/p>\n
